It's the same result with the original firmware (deviation-t8sg-v5.x.x-2017-09-19) and the new firmware. So I'll contact banggood customer service...

iRangeX iRX-IR8M builds no more?!

Most likely it is hardware problem. But we don't know it exactly, since nobody with problem can't provide factory (original) filesystem, in particular original "hardware.ini". Most users havn't this problem after firmware upgrade.

I received my IR8m V2 this week and I installed the new firmware (ir8m-v5.0.0-f31c081) but I get the error message "Missing Modules CYRF6936"... Finally it's a software or hardware problem ?

Thanks,

iRangeX iRX-IR8M builds no more?!

Category: Builds

Hi argha, I have the version one of the iRX-IR8M, but I still have a backup of the original firmware, that it was shipped with. I'm not sure what version tool you are using, as the updater? I am therefore attaching the shipped default firmware and giving you a link to my dropbox, for the updater that I use. I can't attach the updater here, because of the 2 MB attachment limitation and the updater zip slightly exceeds.

File Attachment:

File Name: deviation-...5-27.zip
File Size:1,006 KB

Dfuse USB Upgrade Tools 2.31
www.dropbox.com/s/pvjz67wdvoon63f/Dfuse%...ools%202.31.zip?dl=0

Please let me know how you get on?

Regards, Stefan

PS Please ignore the Zip file date, this is because I repackaged the original tool, which was compressed as a RAR and thought it might be more convenient for you in Zip format.

iRangeX iRX-IR8M builds no more?!

Category: Builds

Hello Stefan,

Thanks for the help I tried the updated firmware "deviation-ir8m-v5.x.x-2018-03-25.zip" still no luck getting the same error as before "missing Modules CRYF6936 ,,,, " Now I doubt that might be its a faulty transmitter but its new just got this few days back from banggood.

Thanks for the help anyways, can some one suggest any troubleshooting ?

Thanks.
Argha

ARGHA, I have attached the build from 25th March 2018 which is a good build in my opinion. I was testing VLAD_VY various builds for him at this time regarding this missing module issue. Anyway, I have uploaded this better build for you to try. Please let me know how you get on?

Hello guys,

i need your help and i really hope you'll have any idea or some tipps related to my issue.

I have connection interruptions, with different drones. The firmware on my irx-ir8m is the latest one and i've tested different ones.

I have the v1 and also v2, the issues happens only on the v2. First i've noticed it with a eachine e010, suddenly the drone was falling down. First i thought it's the same old issue, the way i treating my lipos, pulling them out on the cable :-P So it did not bother or wonder me.

Three weeks ago i've builded a tiny whoop with a beecore v2, same issue but because of the better software the beecore is using, most of the interruptions was handled by betaflight but sometimes it also dropped completely. On each interruption the lights of the beecore are changing, and from that i can say, it happens 10-15 times on a 250mah, 1s.

Yesterday i've finished the modifications on my new ldarc king kong 200gt, same issue. On this one, the last signal will be hold sometimes and sometimes it will be increased to 100% input, what makes the usually funny experience with the drone to an dangerous adventure. Today i had round about 10 crashes, 2 were really heavy, because of the interruptions. Yesterday one heavy, were the drone dropped from about 8 meters on the concrete. Yeah, this will become heavily expensive really fast, i think.

After trying a lot stuff in beta flight, deleting and reflashing the irx-ir8m i've noticed i have the preconfigured fixid 123456, what i've deleted then and rebound all the drones. On the beecore the issue disappeared almost completely on the gt200 i have still the same issue. On the e010 i havent tested long enough, there it happend only 2-3 times over some weeks.

Please tell me which information you'll need to maybe get clearer or closer with this issue. I'm not a complete noob, i'm new in the sport, maybe 1 year, have about 18 drones and spent in total a few weeks with it, on top, i'm a software developer, so most of the technical stuff is no rocket science for me, totally not.

I hope i can answer possible questions well and also that maybe someone has an idea and i will not crash 20 times a day because of technical issues.

Thanks in advance.
Daniel

Sorry, i forgot: today i was out with my rodeo110 also, there i did not really noticed it. One time i had the feeling, an specific input was not my one... but nothing else.

wdlee wrote: Hi.

I connected the trainer port and tried to connect the vibration motor.
Fortunately, it was successful.

This unit has a universal vibration motor hole. But I had to make a separate case to connect the remaining motor.
I can not understand why these things were not installed from the beginning
I can not trust this device.

Hi wdlee,

Do you remember the diameter of the original socket on the right for put an vibration motor ? And you confirm me that with the "deviation-ir8m-v5.xxx" firmware the vibration works well?

Thanks
