Version 2.1.1 was released 2016-01-20

This release is identical to 2.1.0 but with 2 bug fixes:

• On the complex mixer, switches can now be disabled again
• If the negative servo scalar was set to 100 it wouldn't be saved

Use the filesystem from the v2.1.0 release
