Press Enter while the protocol name is highlighted, then select PPM+IBUS or PPM+SBUS output.

Hello goebish,

I testet the latest Testbuild from you and found the Bug again and i think the Source of it.

If i change the 2nd Big box to RSSi and Powercycle then it gets deleted
If i change it to Volt 1 and Powercycle it goes to RSSI and gets not deleted after a second Powercyle

It looks like there is an Error at the ?assignment? of the Contend of the Saved Box ( german, Zuordnung des Inhaltes falsch definiert )

It looks like the Bug is only showing up on the extra Contend for the A2 Telemetry, because Timers are ok after Powercycle.

-> no Problem with the Dust on the TX :) , i do not need it ! I have DeviationTX :woohoo: ;)

Greetings Alex

Yes, looks like it is a indexing bug when it saves the setup.
Problem is that I have no idea where to look at in deviation code as I've never touched that ...
If I find some motivation I'll try to reproduce the issue and find the commit that introduced this bug.

Thanks for all your hard work and effort goebish.

Finally flashed the new firmware on my 7e, works well with a TGY-IA6 and FS-IA6B in both PWM and PPM mode.

Few quick questions:
Is the range check function supposed to work please? Also does RSSI telemetry come from an IA6B?

I'm not sure for range check, I wouldn't rely on it as the PA is always enabled.

RSSI is working with the iA6B, but it needs to be updated to firmware 1.6:

Is it possible to get the Devo to beep or vibrate when RSSI reaches a certain threshold ?

I flashed the FS-iA6B with firmware 1.6 and both PPM and PWM work on CC3D now. I aIso flashed my Devo 10 to the latest build. I can see both RSSI(-60d) and battery(4.97v) from the receiver. I can't make Telemetry config to stay after power cycle. Maybe that is a bug?

Thanks goebish, does that mean the power is set to full power all the time so the power output setting doesn't do anything?

No, that means than minimum power is 5mW actually, that's too much for range test ...

Oops, I'm wrong, minimum power is ~200µW so that should be fine.

Yes, there's a bug with that in the current nightly, that's not specific to the AFHDS 2A protocol. (or is it ?)

Excellent, thanks. I will manually set the power to 200µW to range check.

For A7105-D03 module, 100µW setting in deviation is 200µW actually.
I've no idea how much ground range you should expect with that tho.

@goebish

The Bug with the RSSI only shows on the new A2 modulation.
If i use Frsky and switch the RSSI at Main Screen then all is ok and it gets saved

all tested with Your new Build for the Flysky A2 RX

greetings Alex

p.s. a litte walk around is to use Volt 1 and do a Power Cycle, then it jumps to RSSI and stay saved.

Just a quick THANK you all for this. the update to 5.0.0 and binding with a new iA6B went really easy and I can control my new frame with great confidence (DSMX without the range mod was really flaky on my 7e)

I just pre-ordered an FS-A8S from Banggood.
New, ultra-small and light (1,2g) 8ch AFHDS2A receiver. Pretty cheap.

It should bind, right ?
