I don't have a 4-in-1 in my 7e, but I have installed a lot of modules and multimodules. I use double sided foam tape, and all of the modules are encased in shrink-tube. I also tie up the various wires into bundles and eliminate any possibility of one fouling the gimbals, or being moved and broken. In general once I have secured the wires it's is pretty easy to tape down the module.
But like I said, haven't tried it with that one yet.
