Calibration Questions

I am just wondering if it's necessary to recalibrate my tx and receiver on my v450d03 under any of these circumstances: installation of deviation firmware 5 on devo 10 radio (recalibration of radio), changing/replacing stock servos, engines and that sort of thing. I'm thinking yes but would like some experienced feedback. Thanks in advance.

if you mean calibration of analog inputs on TX side...This is needed only once
