Could you at least write a single line what your problem is?
Have you already calibrated the throttle stick in the config transmitter menu?

You do have some issues with the throttle not coming back after switching back and forth the RUD D/R throttle cut?

Please post your model.ini file!

I expect that you did not set it to -100% when you activated the throttle cut and that your ESC may have learned the wrong LOW values (e.g -130%).
