Hi I have a turnigy tgy-ia6c receiver and runs on the AFHDS 2A protocol.

My question being a total noob is how do i bind this receiver.

steps taken :-

1. Create a model
2. select AFHDS2A
3. select bind
4. plug in the power to my receiver.

Now in the docs the receiver automatically goes into bind mode for 5 secs on every power up. There is a button but that is for update.
Any ideas
I have a irangex irx-ir8m and its on the latest build for that specific radio 2018-01-31

Thanks
Paul

Try to use "Freq Tune" protocol option with step 20-30, when receiver will bind try change "Freq Tune" to both sides up to lost bind, then calculate and set sweet middle.

Webbie - you need to have the bind plug installed in the RX for the first bind.

Steps -
1 - Build model
2 - reboot radio
3 - select correct model
4 - plug in bind plug to receiver
5 - plug in power to reciever
6 - press bind on radio & wait a couple seconds. Servos should jump around and lock to radio.
7 - remove power from receiver, remove bind plug, reboot transmitter, repower receiver and should be good to go.
