jumper 8 plus vs jumper 12 was created by rond
I have a jumper 8 plus and my son is interested in buying the jumper 12, mainly because it is less expensive. What are the differences between the two? Thanks for your help.

The T8 is running Deviation with a built in 4-in-1 transceiver module while the T12 is running OpenTX with an external 4-in-1 module running MULTI.
Also, the T8SG Plus has hall sensor gimbals (better, more durable), while they are potentiometers on the T12, I think that's what explains the price.

Pay more and can get a T12 with Hall effect too.

Yes I suppose they also have the T12 with better gimbals as well.

Then that's up to you to decide if you want to use Deviation or OpenTX + Multi module.

Hint: with Deviation you only have 1 firmware to flash ;) but even as a DeviationTX contributor I've to admit I love OpenTX on my Taranis ...
