I experienced a lockout with the transmitter on a DSM2 model. The transmitter didn't reconnect and the model went in. Here's my errors.txt file, it must be a fairly recent log entry.

Can you better describe the 'lockout'? Is the main-screen still responsive (can you see the graphs/values change as you move the sticks)?
I'm trying to understand if the problem was just loss of radio contact or whether the entire TX got stuck. How did you resolve it?

I believe the main screen was still responsive. It seemed like a simple loss of contact. Resolved when I recovered the model from the forest floor. The model glided for at least five seconds with no radio contact. The transmitting power was set at 150mw.

If it was a one time occurrence I wouldn't worry too much, I've had a lockout on a DSM2 flying wing a few days ago too and in the end was a badly placed receiver, I had a OrangeRX R610 (1 short wire as antenna) behind a carbon fiber spar. I moved it a bit and it didn't happen again.

Perhaps. I'm a bit concerned because a friend bought the same radio when he saw mine, and he's had a couple of lockouts. Not sure what his errors.txt file says. I'd feel better if I knew what the information in my errors.txt file meant. For now, the radio is back to micro foamies only.

you will generally only get a errors.txt if the transmitter reboots. A loss of signal with the radio still responsive would generally imply some sync issue between the tx and rx. This is a lot harder to debug as there isn't much information about what is going on.
the errors.txt tells me what line of code the radio was on when the reboot occurred.
