Emulator Question

I'm just starting to become familiar with what Deviation is about. Do I understand correctly that there is a Devo7E/Deviation Emulator that I can run under Windows to play with Deviation before I actually load the firmware on my Tx? If so, would you please point me to more info and DL links. Thanks!
