Installing nrf24l01 in Devo 10

Hi I'm referring to this resource to solder nrf24l01 to my Devo 10.

Now some questions:

1)Does VDD on Devo 10 need to be connected to both VCC and CE on nrf24l01 module?
2) Where I have to connect the GND that came from the nrf24l01 ? I think GND position in devo7e is on the chip while in devo 10 is near VDD. I need confirm thanks.
