devo 7e tx.ini file

hi sounds mad tx is running fine binds to Hubsan etc, but wanted to enable some other protocols so usb in got connected can see all the files but tx.ini file not there or being shown, am I being a plank.any ideas.

Unless you are still using the first 4.0.1 release, it's hardware.ini.
