Anyone able to post Dfuse USB Upgrade Tools V2.0 was created by dirtyharry

Trying to flash my new 7e but unfortunately the walkera website seams to be having problems and I can't download the Dfuse tool.( it just slows to a crawl and gives me a network error for downloads)

Is there anywhere else I can down load it
