Can I buy a Devo 7E and use it with Hubsan X4 and Estes Proto X? And what do I need to solder into the transmitter? Thanks.

If you look to the left column of this page and click "Supported Models"...

I believe that the requirement for the Proto X would be the same as for the Hubsan :)
