What voltage level are you asking about? Power or charge?
For power, I use LSD NiMH's in mine, which typically show 8.5 to 9 volts. Haven't gotten a warning in a while, but you do get a warning about no longer being able to save model data to flash once the power gets to low.
If you're asking about charge levels, that should be on the side of the Tx, next to the charge port.

After using the Devo 10 with a sim for abot 90 min or settings the batterys are dropping voltage. The volts are jumping from 8.3 to 8.6. I get the massage "Battery too low, no saving data". When i power the Devo off i cant power it on again. i have to wait a minute and after this the Devo powers on and shows about 9.5 volts. Brandnew batteries, only one charging cycle.

This can't be answered as long you do not tell us what kind of batteries you are using.
If NiMh, the lowest voltage per cell is 1V before breaking completely down. So a warning at 1.1V per cell is advised.
The Devo10 consumes ca 200-220mAh ....if at 150 mW it might be little more,.......do the math.
Edit: The system itself is a 3.3V system, so you have to monitor your cells!
