Hello!
I am also a DEVO-10 user. Great piece of gear! Consider buying a spare while you still can, apparently that model is no longer made.
First off, 5.0.0 is released, it's better and supports more protocols. Consider it.
Second, yes... format is part of the process. Format MUST be done as FAT, with 4096 byte sectors. I tried other formats (including FAT32), and they do NOT work.
Finally, you probably know this already... but after format, you need to copy all the firmware files EXCEPT for two (the main firmware .dfu file and the debug .ZIP file) to the newly formatted drive.
Post if you have any other questions... I recently set my Devo-10 up, and it's all still fresh in my mind.

Formatted memory, installed step-by-step as in the manual and still 4.0.1 version
File from link don't contains dfu file. Version 4 has it.
What is deviation-emu?

Welcome!
I've downloaded file, installed and have a new problem
AUX4 is missing. How to recover original software?
Recovered with version 0.8A, but screen is illegible.
How to reset all settings on V5 version?

Do not ask me questions via PM. Ask in the forums, where I'll answer if I can.

To go back to the original firmware, you have to install both the dfu and the library, Not installing the library tends to result in a scrambled screen. I don't recall how to install the library, though.
What do you mean by "AUX4 is missing"?

On original software all knobs and sticks works ok.

It won't work until you confihured it for some channel. Furthermore you need to calibrate it too with the stick calibration process...

Do you see it in "input monitor"? Go to channel monitor and press the R+ button. If it is visible there then you just need to configure a channel to use it. If it is not there, that could be an issue.
