Devo8s upgrade on windows10

Recently i tried to upgrade my Devo 8s on win 10 and have come up with a blank screen. The upgrade tool said the files
were loaded and have tried a few things but have had nil success (new to xmtr updates) Much appreciated if someone
could steer me in the right direction.
