White Devo 10, right chioce? Help!

Hi everyone, first post , sorry but kinda long. but been reading and researching for a long time. I have the devo 10 (white ver.) on the way after going back and forth between that and devo 7e. I already have the 3 in 1 module. Says v1.0 on chip. The other pictures i see on internet just say MCU. Is this the right one?
Ordered on amazon actually. Also been reading a lot of controversy on range for these. The box says 2km range and a lot of posts say getting bad range of 60m some say 100m-200m. So which is it????

I know it depends on rx too. But now wondering did i make the right choice???
because i see the flysky fs i6 has great range with no mods, 500m, and videos of a few people testing it to 2.5km which was my other choice. And cheaper too.
Want to do some fpv but not be limited to 100m.

But i also want to control my wltoys v686, jj1000, and nihui 807. And xk x251

Nobody? Lol just a newbie needing some help here, ive been so many threads and posts. I know its been talked about, but which receiver should i use with devo 10 to get best range. Frsky? And the posts with range test seem to be 340m, is this the norm? Thanks
