Devo7e with new install displays no fonts,or icons was created by asdmin
Hi,
I just installed Deviation 5 on my Devo7e, and it seems to be booting up, but displays nothing, except
- a scroll bar on Deviation 5.0.0, after I enter the menu structure with ENT
- a scroll bar and some black boxes on Deviation 4.0.1 if I enter the menu structure on 4.0.1. Here I can even put the device in USB mode (by pressing ENT, D, D, ENT, ENT), without seeing anything.
I tried to re-install the files from linux, from windows, with different block sizes, of course always using the appropriate file structure.
I tried to flash
- Devo 5 from Linux (with the java Downloader)
- Devo 5 and Devo 4 from Windows (with the DfuSe tool)
I tried to report it to Mantis, but it does not accept my password
Anybody experienced similar?

I used fdisk from 2.25.2-6 (debian) to create a partition on the block device. Apparently this does not work.
To fix it:
I removed everything from the block device with
sudo dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sdX bs=1k
Then I re-done the partitioning and formatting from Windows.
