HELP!DEVO8s No Throttle Just ESC Beeping

Hi Guys,
I'm new here so hoping someone can help me or point me in the right direction.
I have a Devo8s with the Deviation firmware installed, currently using Devo and DSMX protocol receiver.
The receiver binds great with the transmitter and all the servos work but the issue is that their is no throttle and the ESC doesn't arm and keeps on beeping.
I have used it one two different airplane models one Walkera Reciver and the other DSMX both yielding the same results.

Few thing that i have tired too trouble shoot:
1. Lowering the throttle trim all the way down
2. increasing the throttle to max position so the ESC arms
3 Also read through the manual quite a bit with no success

Have you tried putting a normal servo on the THR channel to see if that moves as expected. Could be something as simple as your throttle channel needs reversing or perhaps your ESC is shot. You don't say whether you used the same ESC in both your models.

I actual tried putting a servo on the throttle and it works fine also attempted to reverse it with no luck.
I have tried it with two different ESC's.

If the servo works then it sounds like you need to calibrate your ESC so it knows the range of the radio. If not calibrated it will still be seeing low throttle as being higher than it really is and for safety reasons won't arm. Read the manual of your ESC to see how this is done. Otherwise you could play with the scale settings of your throttle channel to increase the end point throws but calibrating the ESC would be my preferred route.
