Problems with my Jumper T8SG plus bind DSM2/DSMX

Got Problems with my new Jumper T8SG Plus (t8sg_v2-v5.0.0-1c43d1b) can not bind into DSM2/DSMX Protocols !!
It is no Problem with my old T8SG (v1). Can some body Help me with this Problem to fix this ???

That's strange. You can try copying the model from your old transmitter and sent it to the new one.

Maybe you CYRF chip is not working. Are you able to check if the other protocols using the CYRF chip work, e.g. Devo ?

You could try opening the radio and reseating the cable that goes between the motherboard at the 4in1 module on both sides.
