Hi I am looking for devo F12 firmware with walkera origin config (dfu, lib...).
Does someone can help me because no answers by walkera and others dealers.

I have update my devo F12 with V4..deviation F12E without saving origin firmware and now i have only white screen .... and anyone backup..

I can't guarantee anything and I am not affiliated with it in any kind, that's what you get for Google request "devo f12 original firmware".

that is only the devo f12e firmware, I do't think it will work in a devo f12. You could try it, it can't be any worse than where you are now. You could also try the deviation 'devo12' firmware which also may work (though no video). Or maybe that is what you tried. There is no Deviation for the Devo F12 OR Devo F12E. Only for the devo 12/12s and an experimental 12e

Walkera is really idiotic with their naming. Seriously:
devo12 and devo12s = same
devo12e,devo f12, devof12e all completely different

I haven't seen the 'devo f12' firmware anywhere. I was serious when I recommended contacting Walkera. they have provided firmware files to users in the past who tried to install the wrong one.

I think Devo F12 and Devo F12E firmwares are incompatible, they use completely different display processing. Devo F12 has graphic display with video, Devo F12E has text display with video.

hi, it's true i never found f12 firmware and i have already trye all the others firmware F12E 12S ...nothing good.

I have been on Walkers.com but i don't find the mail address to ask them the good firmware.
Anyone know the email ,

Hi, It is still the same problem, walkera told me to follow the manual instructions to restore F12 devo . The manual only restores the model aircraft ...
Someone could it copy its devo F12 programs and send them to me? I think this is the only way to make it work . I sent several mail to walkera and no one answers . I frankly wonder if their customer service is serious.

you might ask over on RCGroups. I'm sure some folks have gotten firmware from Walkera after flashing the wrong one (it is how we got the devo7e originally). If you could get the contact of an engineer in the company rather than customer support, you would get a lot farther. As vlad said, there is no (reasonable) way to extract the firmware from the transmitter. You really need to get it from Walkera. Even if I could develop Deviation for the F12, we don't have any support for FPV in Deviation, so the best case would likely be that it turns into an expensive Devo12S. I also can't do much of anything without access to one.

My Stock F12 is showing on the about screen:

Hardware: Ver. 1.0
Software: Ver. 1.3A
Library Ver: 0.3

If any of you guys knows a way to copy this stock firmware, I will upload it here..
Cannot wait to upgrade mine, but all the different confusing numbers like F12/12S/F12E
and of course your bad experiences are making me scared!
Hopefully something will come for the F12

You can't download the firmware from the transmitter, because it is read protected.

If you have the DFU files, I would like to upload them to this site, so please PM me, and I will give you an FTP login...

Thanks to Shadowfox (and Walkera), the original F12 firmware is available on our Google drive:

...so now there is a possibility to revert back after trying deviation test buils, if somebody would make one... ;)

Gotta ask:
Will there be deviation firmware for DEVO F12???

I just bought one for just this reason.
I have a F12E, fine transmitter, but useless video monitor, except on a dark cloudy day.
F12 is vastly better.
Please advise. Perhaps a Nightly Build?

Thanks for the email and the two .dfu files. How are they used? I find no way to open the F12's internal disk drive. With other DEVO's you hold the ENT button while turning on the transmitter. Does not work with the F12. Do you know if these .dfu files will allow loading Deviationx to the transmitter?

Hello I bought a beautiful devo f12, believing that on the market there was the possibility to install deviation tx, I was able to appreciate your work on the deve 8s and the deve f12e, PLEASE, DOES SOMEONE KNOWS IF THE DEVO F12 is COMPATIBLE WITH DEVIATION FIRMWARE FOR 12S?
