Yes, it was the same result with the YD-829, for some people it works better with lower power, I guess it has something to do with the xn297 emulation (if I remember well, victzh told there was a slight offset between xn297 / nrf24l01 frequencies,I doubt we can do something better) or antenna length or crystal frequency or something else... I lack expertise.

It is normal that the same problem also reflected for the Protocol fy326 and cx 10 green, which I use on a model 3015-2

how can I upload the mt99xx to my devo 7e? I copy pasted mt99xx on my devo protocol folder but when I look on the model set up it does not show up on the protocols :( is there a model built with flips and rates somewhere for the M9916

Copying the .mod file is not enough, you also have to flash the .dfu, as you did the first time to install Deviation.

it was so long a go I don't remember, but I will search frequentflyerrc's video, but I downloaded the latest nightlybuilds and inside I don't see a protocol folder? should I use that build?

Also for those who are reading this thread, this protocol was not merged into trunk because it breaks the 7e auto nightly build (not enough flash space).

I've to understand why it didn't work when I removed the xorout tables so we should be able to save quite a few bytes of memory ...

Have you copied all the .mod files from my test archive ?

Regarding rates I'll check what's wrong, I thought it was working but maybe that's not the case...

Your "old" dfu probably doesn't include the MT99xx protocol as it is only in test builds, not in the nightly.

Try with hexfet's combo build, maybe it has all the protocols you're using:
www.deviationtx.com/downloads-new/catego...exfet-protocol-combo

... or just wait that I fix this problem with the 7e build then it will be merged with trunk, I'll try work on that during the week.

Just subscribe to this thread, I'll post a test build when it's done.

Download the latest nightly from here:
www.deviationtx.com/downloads-new/category/13-nightly-builds

I just checked the 7e version and it has a dfu ...

Hmmm, can someone make a SPI capture of a MT9916 to check "rate" flag ?
The first link in the first page has an invalid capture, and the 2nd link is dead ...

Hi I'm sorry interrupt in the middle of your convo - I'm new to all this and trying to learn
Website is great btw and I been trying to figure out how to bind my gin h7 to devo 7e
I have the NRF and A7105 modules but I don't see MT99 as one of the options on my Tx to bind with - I downloaded the nightly builds few weeks ago - did I miss something or do I have to download something again ? Thanks in advance for any advice
