What is DfuSe program?

After sending a PM to PhracturedBlue (some of you just call him PB) and getting a reply. I ordered a Devo 10 and a Spektrum AR600rx.

While I am waiting for it to arrive I have downloaded the Deviation files. I also download the latest upgrade files from Walkera.

This is my question: What is the DfuSe program? And where do I find it? I have extracted both the Deviation and Walkera zip files but I do not see a DfuSe setup file.

I'm sure this may be answered somewhere in the thousands of posts but I have not been able to find it using search. I guess I'm not using the correct key words in my searches.

Downloaded that. I gives me a "2013-2-26 RAR" file. What do I do with that?

Got it. Thanks...Windows 7 "extract all" does not work on RAR files.

Just finished printing the Deviation user's manual. With any luck it will answer the rest of my questions.
