Did you insert the USB plug all the way into 7e? I have no more ideas for you, sorry.

OK ignore that, Devo has no clue if it's connected to USB / Dfu or not (hold ENT or Ext and power up WITH NO USB INSERTED and it'll still give you the correct icon like its CONNECTED cause it doesn't care, it's up to the computer to work right, it just goes about its day either way...

First step is to go into device manager and look for the device to be recognized when you plug it in and power it up (check in both USB and Dfu modes). You didn't mention what drivers you've installed so I'm guessing it won't be recognized...

And you are entering Upgrade mode by starting up the Devo while holding down the "Ext" key - not the "Ent" key, correct?

Ok, great!
Now, verify that you have a sound USB connection (cable or port). Start the Devo in USB mode (Ent key) and check that the device has mounted.

Just so I'm clear here, are you saying that your Devo mounts as a USB device on your computer?

WinUSB is the wrong device, must be STTub30 device for DFU mode. If you cannot fix this manually on your system, please use Zadig (device changer).
Works on Win7 with Dfuse USB Upgrade Tools 2.30 or 2.31.
