I need help with programing a new model glider V-t

Hello I need some help setting up a glider.On a Devo 10 deviation-v5.0.0
witch has ailerons and flaps and V tail.
so how do I set up a Vtail ? I saw there are some templates but not even sure what are they all about.
second I will need to get the flaps to listen to the throttle.from 0-50% I dont want them to move and then from 50-100% I want them to go all the way down.the flaps are controled with two servos.(then I want when I hit a switch to make the ailerons follow the flaps but still have contoll they have to be flaperons)<--- this is not that important but its good to have when your in a thermals and only 1 of my glider needs this
and normal ailerons
the the last thing is I need my throttle to be on the mix switch 0-positon-0% 1-position-50% and 2-positon-100%
I am lost because there is no simple gui counting on some one to help me

okay I found out how to do the V-Tail mixing from this video
but how do I do a expo/dr for it without ruining the mix I made ? like to have a switch to make the commands smaller?

I all got it done.found out how to use the templates and got my v tail and my flaps and my Glider is ready to fly.Happy Flying
