Trying to bind with a Flysky AFHDS-2A Receiver was created by Nightstalker1993

Hi guys, I have a Devo 10 here with the latest Nightly as of today. A7105 module is installed and verified working by being able to control my V911 using the Flysky protocol as well.
Just bought a used 210 racing drone with the internals of a Tovsto Falcon 210 and it comes with a horibble TX, but the RX seems to be a Flysky FS-X6B which uses the AFHDS-2A protocol. The receiver also have a physical bind button and I can put the receiver in bind mode by pressing and holding the button while powering the drone on. It enters binding mode as can be seen by the fast flashing red LED, but on my TX, it doesn't bind.
I had tested Freqtune -60, 25, 80 but wouldn't bind. What am I missing here?
Thanks guys!

Update: finally managed to get them to bind!
Tried to get them to bind yesterday but it still wouldn't bind. Then I moved my TX ridiculously close to the rx and voila, it binded! Will test the range later but signal strength seems decent while testing in my house. The TX had to be like within 5cm of the rx antenna for it to bind.
