There is a update required to bind with the latest XM+ firmware 2.1.2. I have this working for the Devo10 and can do the related PR. The code is based on a update done for the MPM. For the moment you can downgrade the XM+ firmware to 2.1.0 to get it to work.

I've never been able to put it all together. I ordered a frsky R-XR receiver, connected it without any problems. To connect the XM+, you need to flash it through taranis, and since I don't have that hardware, I've pushed the XM+ to the background.

With the Deviation build above you should be able to bind the XM+ with any installed firmware. If you don't know what firmware is installed on the XM+ you need to try all 4 posible options in the worst case. One of this will bind.

This happened because the firmware was crooked. Most likely you made a mistake in choosing the file not for your equipment.

У меня такая же аппаратура. Неделю пытался соединить t8sg с xm+. Перепробовал все способы. Даже open tx пытался вшить, без успешно.

Название аппаратуры v3 скорее всего из за дизайна. А программное обеспечение v2. Как я понял все необходимые модули в этой аппаратуре есть. Дело в ошибках в прошивке.
