Hi, I have the following model file for my Canary SQ glider (this was completely built from the Tx), when I load the model or turn on the Tx with this as the default model the Tx shows this:

Ch1 is 0%, safe value = -100% [Ok]

I press Ent to dismiss the message, and all seems fine.

This is a simple 2 channels rudder and elevator setup.

I worked around this problem by adding channel 1.

The Mixer for 1-THR was set to NONE, changed it to Simple.

Should I file this as a bug?

No, it's actually a feature, which won't start if throttle is on.
However you don't have throttle on a glider, so you can simply delete the following from the file:

We don't have UI for this yet...
