Are there any other transmitters with similar guts that would be good targets for Deviation ports?

I notice several new "spektrum compatible" transmitters and wonder if any of those are usable.

I was thinking the new Taranis (designed for use with openTx) might be worth a look. It at least has a similar CPU.
