Using Devo-10 and deviation for a RC CAR was created by stein@office-center.no
HI

When buying som heliparts at my main supplier, Miracle Mart, I got a broken RC car for USD10. The ESC was broken. I thought it could be fun to see if i could make it work. Got a new ESC today and wanted to use the Devo-10 as I am more familiar with that kind of remote - I got to bind it - but only the steering worked. Any trick for making it work or is this a "no can do"?

Put back the original receiver and the engine worked fine by the way... There is no cable as for the helis for throttle.

The ESC is I bought was this one:

Anyone??

Thanks

I would think it would work, can you plug a servo in the throttle port to see if your getting signal to the throttle channel? I bet the esc just needs to be programmed. If i recall to program disconect the motor and start the throttle to full power and back down, then the esc should beep?

HI.

I got it working. Dumbest fault of all. The ESC connector to the receiver was plugged to wrong connector. Case closed..
