Help with Devo 7E and HelisimRC plse ?

Hi, i cannot get HelisimRC to recognise the Devo 7E. I've watched the utube vid, but this assumes everything is connected and working. I've loaded a model with PPM and Windows prompt shows device is plugged into audio jack, but nothing in HSR.

Any guidance, advise etc please ?


Ps. Phoenix ordered, but will only be here in a few weeks................
