Hi guys,
i'm new here, so sorry for inconveniences...

I'll try to find but no success, so my question:

I have a transmitter known as FBL100 (it's based on Nordic FHSS module like this

)

and i have a receivers known as Turnigy XR7000 FHSS (on board marked as XY7000-V1.1 2011.05.10) it's based on Nordic NRF 24LE1G chip.

Is it possible to re-flash the receiver to make it work with the transmitter?

OR

Is it possible to re-flash the transmitter to make it work with the receiver?

OR

Is it possible to re-flash both tx/rx to make it work?

Also, is it possible to re-flash the receiver to make it work with DSM/DSM2 or Turnigy9X???

Thanks, and please provide the links for details...

Everything with E chip is better not touched. It is embedded 8051 with nRF24 radio on it. While it can be reprogrammed, nobody in this forum did it, so we have no experience. Protocols put in E chips can not be spied on with that ease as with regular nRF24L01+ and brethren - we can't connect to the SPI bus between MCU and radio.

What models these E modules come from? May be the protocol is already known and you just need to buy a regular nRF24L01+ module.

WRT DSM/DSM2 and Turnigy (protocol name Flysky) - no. They use totally different chips, first one is CYRF6936, which has DSSS modulation, and second is Amicom A7105, which has a proprietary version of FSK modulation.

Unfortunately, there are main 4 RF chips which all are incompatible with each other, sometimes slightly but substantially to prevent interoperation.
