When in the mixer menu. Why does it show exclamation marks in front of the src?
Such as !AIL. !ELE
Any help would be great

All channels with an exclamation point are inversed.

Also in programming it can be "not", so as WheresWaldo said it can be seen as inversed, or for the likes of buttons it's handy to think of it as NOT for simplicity;
eg
Switch = FMOD1 means when FMOD1 is on
Switch = !FMOD1 means when FMOD1 is not on, so for example both FMOD0 and FMOD2 will work in this case; otherwise you'd have to specify the same process for both Switch = FMOD0 and Switch = FMOD2
