you didn't link to anything, but assuming you are looking on EBAY, that module has no power-amp. This means its range will be limited to indoor flying.

As per the documentation, searching for 'a7105 500m' will bring up a more appropriate module like this one:
A7105-500m wireless transceiver Antenna

While more expensive, this module will actually provide reasonable range for outdoor flight.

That is the module adviced in this forum for flysky/hubsan and is the one that I have in my Devo 10.
