Hey Guys,

First off all I would like to thank everyone for making this forum and deviation possible.

My name is Youri and I am from the Netherlands. A couple of years ago I started flying a cheap co-axle heli and I have been hooked on it ever since. Currently I own a v911, v912, v922 and a bigarray of blade micro heli's. To fly these heli's I have three different tx's one for with Flysky for the v911/2 one with hisky for the v922 and a dx6i for the dsm2 blade heli's. I just want to use one tx

I have two questions left after reading up on this site.

1, do I still need a seperate module to fly my dsm, flysky or hisky protocol helicopters using the latest 4.1 deviation Firmware.

2, can I fit a A7105 and NRF24L01 next to the original CYRF6936 module?

1. DSM uses the standard module, no installation necessary, the HiSky requires NRF24l01+PA if you don't want to use their WL8 add on. I don't own any Flysky so don't know what it needs.
2. Yes

You didn't say which Devention TX you have.

1. Yes - these protocols all use different RF chips which are incompatible with each other.

2. Yes - it is described in the documentation at:

Correction - as WheresWaldo says - Devo has CYRF6936 installed, so you need extra 2 modules.

Flysky uses A7105 RF chip.

Thank you very much. I will be ordering two modules then.

I havent ordered a tx yet. Still comparing the devo 8s with the devo 10 wk. I really like the colordisplay on the 8s and I like the switch layout on the 10. As I understand, they both become 12ch after deviation is installed, so that doesn't make a difference. Just wondering if the 8s is worth the 70 extra dollar?

Any thoughts on this?

There is a document for this as well ;-)
www.deviationtx.com/articles/21-which-devo-tx-should-i-buy

Briefly, buy Devo 10. Outdoors it's much more visible.
