Hi,

I have my Devo 7e a while ago and using Deviation. So far I really like it.
But now I have Mini MWC FC. It looks like can bind (DSM2) with it.

When using Deviation 4.0.1 on multiwii GUI, I can notice the channels are working. But the channels are flip over between channels. I have done changing channels in models.ini and in the Mixer but can't get it work properly.

Then I installed the latest Nightly Build. Seems Throttle channel is in place, which is CH3. But AIL and RUD inverted.

Another problem is when I want to calibrate my ESC that connected with Mini MWC FC. I can't get it work, arm/disarm neither run the motors.

I have done many attempt that I think maybe I made a mistake.

Please help me.

Thanks

1. Change the source for each channel in the mixer. Check the manual for details.
2. Multiwii not arming is most likely to not having enough throw. Increase the end points to -125/+125. Again, check the manual for details.

With MWII it is recomment that all the channels (or at least thr, ail, ele and rud to have at least 125%). Otherwise you bump into all sorts of problems, MWii expect enpoints close to 1000us and 2000us. Do not exceed those, for example I'm running one of mine at 1050us low and 1950us high. You can check this with the MWii GUI.

Just tried it, well, the sound of beep sound just 2 beeps right now. But it still can't arm or disarm also motor didn't run with some throttle.

EDIT: It works now..I was changing the PPM Sum Receiver channels order. But arming the motors by switch can't be done by YAW or ROLL stick. And increase the end point.

Thanks sbstnp
Happy right now :cheer:

How do I activate the failsafe? Seems I can't turn on the failsafe. Every time I turn off the tx the motor always run in high throttle instead of off.

MultiWii failsafe needs to be activated in config.h then recompile and upload the sketch to your multiwii board.

I HIGHLY recommend you do that right away.

Got my failsafe work properly.

I have re-binded with new model preset, set the SUM receiver in config.h into Spektrum, increased end points on all channels (125) and reversed ROLL and YAW.

Then I got my motor off when no signal, great!

Now want to do range mod and add more switches later.
