Can't install STM32 DFU driver

Help!

Trying to update deviation firmware from 3.0.0 to 4.0.1 on Windows 7.

Was able to use devention DfuSE USB Upgrade Tool before without problems, but now DfuSE does not detect the DEVO 10 as an Available DFU Device.

The DEVO 10 can connect as a USB drive (power on with ENT pressed), so I know the cable and DEVO 10 is functional.

Device Manager complaints about the STM32 DFU device; driver not installed, Access is denied.

Thank you TomZ for your reply. Unfortunately that didn't work. I am going try it on another computer next.

Works on another computer, my original computer has additional problem that looks related to the 'Access is denied' error. Even Windows update is failing also showing access denied error 80070005.
