Devo 7e radio restore

Tried to download the deviation software but had a problem during download. The radio now shows a weird pixilation on the screen when turned on and beeps. When you hold down the ENT and turn it on the USB port does not come on. Is there a way to restore the radio back to factory setting or to fix it somehow? Also I am using a computer with windows 8.1 and when I download the deviation 4.0 upload into a designated folder and go to retrieve it, it says the dfu file is not there, But it shows up when I click all files. Any help would be appreciated.

If you turn on the radio with the EXT button pressed...do the tx go in flash mode?
In this mode you can re flash the firmware after downloaded the package again..
I ŧhink, but I'm not sure, that you can re flash the stock firmware too...you can find it on Walkera website...

Thanks for the help. I finally got the program loaded in my transmitter. I wound up having to load the programs on a finger stick and sending each individual folder to the transmitter .
