Is there similar software as DJI RC System Assistant_1.1 for setting up and checking
assignments on a Devo 10 Deviation through the USB port? Setting up your controller is so easy on a Phantom controller using their RC System Assistant_1.1.

Nothing like what's shown here . You can run the deviation emulator on a PC, set your configuration, and then transfer the files to your tx. The transmitter menu channel monitor shows the same information displayed on the System Assistant screenshot at that link.
