Help with tx.ini was created by NanoQXguy
Hi
I am trying to check the set up of the A7105 module in my Devo 7E as I am trying to use my Devo 7E to bind to a WL Toys quad. I read the pdf for module installation and it advises to look at the modules section on the tx.ini file to enable the module.
I cannot find the "modules section". When I look at the tx.ini file on my pc it looks as if it's only showing one model in my Devo as shown below. How do I get to the modules section The previous owner of the Devo told me it has the module already installed by him.
thanks
Steve

so I found out how to, and that I had to, add the modules into the Tx as here
www.hacksmods.com/2013/04/walkera-devo-7...x-flysky-hubsan-mod/
I have done this but still can't get the * to disappear from the protocols when going into the model on the Devo 7e
I have tried changing the last item from 13 to 14 and changing the 1 and 0 around to enable/disable the power amp.
I am now stuck. I gotta be doing this all wrong.
Can someone please help me
thanks

The HacksMods guide did have this Note about the semi colon:
Note: there are no semi colon ; preceeding the lines? The semi colon will tell the TX not to read that line, disabling the command. So make sure you remove the semicolon to “enable” the newly installed module.
Glad you got it working though.

Hi NanoQXguy,
Use Notepad++ (is free), and you'll see the text lines better than notepad, word or others!!
notepad-plus-plus.org/
