Yes. Well, in the Advanced GUI, anyway. Just go to the channel six mixer, set a simple mix, and set the SRC to the switch you want to use.
If you need to do setup in the Standard GUI, you can switch to it and not lose your setup, and then turn the switch on. However, you can't switch back, so you might want to wait and see if someone who uses the Standard GUI has an answer for you.
