3 X 2 Switches and 1N4151 instead of 1N4001 diod ?

Hi all, a quick question. I am about to install 3 x 2 switches in my Devo 7E. I have 1N4151 diods handy. Is it ok to use them or do I have to use 1N4001 as recommended in the tutorials. Thanks.
