I have mounted a small boscam monitor on my DEVO 10. Is there any idea to bring the tx display on this monitor as an overlay?

Unfortunately, that's impossible without huge effort and cost. You'd have to build something that interprets the custom data sent to the LCD, convert that into a video signal, send that to an OSD chip that overlays it onto the image.
