Stick bug

My devô 8 is having a bug:
When I move the sticks nothing changes on the lcd: the little black bars don't move. When I light the radio it says ch3 is at 0 usually it's - 100 What Should I do ? Furthemore I expérience this on all my models

Mode1-4 change?

Try to calibrate sticks.

Edit / View model.ini and check [safety] section and correct channel = Auto or =Min safety settings.
