Problem on a hubsan x4

My x4 exhibits strange behavior. After binding, one of the motors is running, however throttle is on -100%. It takes off but after one or two seconds it stops. Then two of the four leds blink. And if I push the trotte nothing happens.
I use a devo 7e
Any idea is welcome.
