Devo 10: Can't get out of program mode

brand new devo 10, tried to install deviation and everything looks good, except I'm restarting the Tx and it always looks like I've held down Ext...

I've tried holding down ent, and I've tried not holding down ent and it makes no difference.

please tell me I haven't just bricked this brand new Tx...

I can't get into USB mode to load the file system.

I tried to roll back, and get the same issue.

I'm getting the error massage attached

Lesson to be learned, don't use DfuSe v3.0.5

I went back to V2 and it worked first time
