7E gimbal suddenly not centering anymore

Moin.

As of my last flight, my right gimbal is no longer centering right. The stick itself does, but the center point varies wildly from 1500-1420, and drifts even at rest. I'm going to guess it's the potentiometer.
Anyone know of a fitting replacement?

Mine actively drifts, so I don't think it's just physical play.. also, I seem to recall that I did that mod before.

I ordered a Taranis Q X7 and the hall gimbals now.. I still have an ultimate 7E sitting here, though. We'll see if I can live with the huge size of the Taranis.

My 7e has this now on one pot. Luckily it is only a small gap, subtrim only gives me 1501 or to the other side 1496.
I take this 1501 output with a deathband of 2.

Okayyy.. wth.
After replacing the gimbal, it suddenly started drifting AGAIN. This can't be down to the gimbal itself. There's no way two known good gimbals, one being nearly new, start drifting in exactly the same manner suddenly. Could something on the board be going bad?

The wires were replaced along with the actual gimbal.
