Devo10 4in1 module issues

As in the subject I have a Devo10 running deviation v5.0.0-494. Previously I had a 3 in 1 installed, working until it started to no longer bind to models. Bought a 4 in 1 and followed along. Wiring is included and hardware.ini. I do not get any modules missing messages, and no protocols have asterisks by them. I can bind dsmx and dsm2, not Frsky protocol. The receivers don't appear to be getting any signal and the lights don't flash on bind. I can confirm the rx works with my taranis and jumper t8sg. I prefer the devo 10 form factor thus why I have gone to the trouble to repair.

Any thoughts? Is it likely I burned a trace when attempting the resoldering of the old 3 in 1? If so can a new connecting pcb be purchased?
