The TMS and TCK points do not work on my DEV012

Point A1 and B3 works perfekt. TMS and TCK points do not work.
Where can I find the TMS and TCK point directly on the processor STM32F103xC / D / E (DEVO 12)?

I disagree with the title of this thread.
TMS & TCK work perfectly fine on the Devo12S.
What causes you to say they do not work?

OK on my Devo 12s, TMS & TCK do not work.
Therefore, the question of where the points are at the processor.

TMS u. TCK not work direct on the Prozessor. Why? (Devo 12s silver)
A1; B3; E2 (PIN 1 on the processor) it work great

Here is my Devo 12 configuration:
enable-cyrf6936 = B12
has_pa-cyrf6936 = 1
enable-a7105 = A1
has_pa-a7105 = 1
enable-cc2500 = B3
has_pa-cc2500 = 1
enable-nrf24l01 = E2 (PIN1)
has_pa-nrf24l01 = 1
